Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board members turn themselves in

All five members of the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board turned themselves in Thursday morning at the Oklahoma County Jail for processing a day after they were charged with misdemeanor violations of the Open Meeting Act.
