Judge says attacker of Oklahoma City police officer can't withdraw guilty plea

A judge ruled that Cadmio Lopez, of Newcastle, cannot withdraw his plea after pleading guilty last month and being sentenced to 15 years in prison for his role in an attack that left Oklahoma City police officer Chad Peery partially paralyzed.
